RECIPE
ππΌ10 brussel sprouts (halved)
ππΌ3/4 cup walnut tofu meat (go to site.. it is unreal)
ππΌ2 cups purple cauliflower
ππΌ1 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
ππΌ1/2 yellow onion diced
ππΌ2 garlic cloves minced
ππΌ1 large kale leaf torn
ππΌolive oil
ππΌchilli peppers
ππΌ1/4 cup tahini sauce
ππΌ1 box @jovialfoods cassava penne
Preheat oven to 375. Drizzle Brussels with oil salt and pepper, place on pan cut side down. Cook for 20 minutes. Boil water and generously salt it. Cook pasta, about 13 minutes. SauteΜ onion, garlic, chilli flakes in 2 tbsp oil. Add cauliflower and a splash of pasta water, sauteΜ several minutes. Add in shrooms, another splash pasta water. Toss in kale, tofu meat and cooked brussel sprouts. & another drizz of oil. Add in cooked pasta and tahini sauce. Toss to coat. Season with S&P, grate cheese (@violife_foods the bomb)
