RECIPE
1 cup brown rice well rinsed
12 cups boiling water
Bring the water to boil and add rice. Cook for 30 minutes uncovered. Drain, add back to pot and cover for 10 minutes. Perfect rice every time.
Sauté veggies in a large pan or wok. Toss cooked tofu and rice in and add your sauce.👇🏼
SAUCE
*3 tbsp tamari
* 1 Tbsp peanut butter
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 clove garlic (minced)
* 1-2 tsp sriracha
* 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Whisk and add to rice and veggies
