Korean “Seafood” Scallion Pancake, an exciting Vegan & Gluten free recipe from @riosgarden
Seafood style pancake recipe🦑
5 tbsp of Buckwheat flour
5 tbsp of Potato starch
5 tbsp of water
1.5 tbsp of sake
1.5 tbsp of mirin
8g (2tsp) of konbu granules stock (or other seaweed)
Plenty of white sesame
Cooking oil … Any oil you prefer
1/4 small onion … 50g
Deep-fried tofu, cut into small pieces
Shredded carrots … 30g (2T)
Shredded purple cabbage … small amount
1 bunch of kale leaves
Scallions … Cut into small pieces to around 4 inch
〜How to make〜
⑴ Prepare each of the “Ingredients” separately.
⑵ Mix the “batter” and “ingredients” in a bowl.
⑶ Place oil in a hot pan and cook until golden on both sides.
Gluten free or regular soy sauce
☆ Mix all the above.
