Pan Fried Wonton Noodles simple, quick vegan recipe by @foodpassionical

RECIPE (Serving 2)
250g (8oz) Dried wonton noodles (vegan), cook according to the package direction
1/3 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/3 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1 green chili, thinly sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp thick soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp shaoxing rice wine
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil- for cooking
Toasted sesame seeds
Method:
➡️Mix the soy sauce, thick soy sauce, sesame oil, shaoxing wine, white pepper and brown sugar, set aside.
➡️Heat the wok over a high heat and add in 1 tbsp oil, spread the noodles evenly over the wok and fried the noodles till it crisp on the bottom layer. Flip and fried the other side and remove from the heat and set aside.
➡️Heat 1 tbsp oil, add in the carrots, cabbage and chillis. Cook for 5 minutes. Next add in the noodles into the wok and the sauce mixture too, toss continuously for a couple minutes.(keep the heat on high) until the noodles well coated with the sauce. Serve immediately with sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.
