Pumpkin Oats by @plantbasedrd 😍 Topped with caramelized bananas and a drizzle of maple syrup for a super satisfying breakfast!

1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk
Add all your ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a low simmer. Allow to cook and thicken as desired, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir well again then serve topped with nut butter and other toppings.
For the banana, just slice into coins and place on a non-stick pan with a little drizzle of maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Allow bananas to cook and brown on both sides. For extra caramel flavor add a tsp of vegan butter and cook the bananas in it to really brown the edges. So good!
