1 cup dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup oats OR more almonds
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup @georgiagrinders almond butter (discount in bio)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2-1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla + pinch sea salt
2 tbsp coconut cream OR oil (more as needed)
1 1/4 cups @Lily’s_sweets chocolate
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional but bomb)
Process all faith ingredients in a food processor until sticky dough forms. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Combine all caramel ingredients, adding extra cream or oil if needed to get a caramel consistency. Pour over base. Melt ganache ingredients together until smooth & thick. Fold in chopped almonds. Pour over caramel. freeze until set!
